Ben Strinden

Ben Strinden
Assistant Captain for the University of North Dakota (NCAA)
NHL drafted by the Nashville Predators
Founder of Deceptive Hockey, Jack Winger, first met Ben Strinden during the Summer of 2021 when Strinden was playing for the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the USHL. During his first season of junior hockey, he only played 23 games due to an injury and had only 10 points. Leading into his second season, Jack began video analysis training with Strinden that Summer and continued throughout the entire season. At the time, Strinden was an assistant captain for Muskegon, and in his 61 games played, he had 56 points, a significant jump due to his video training with Jack. Despite being an older player in the league, Strinden was invited to play in the Biosteel Prospect Game (All-Star Game). Even more rare, he was in his last year of NHL drafted eligibility during the season and gained a lot of interest from NHL teams.
The Result: Ben Strinden was drafted to the Nashville Predators 2022 NHL Entry Draft thanks to his training with Deceptive Hockey.
